Season's Greetings

Hello my friendlies! Hope you all had a super weekend! 

We woke up to 3-4" of SNOW on the ground. I went to bed at 1:00 AM  and no snow, soooo it was pretty surprising to wake up and find the ground covered in the stuff! 

It had all melted by 3:00 in the afternoon so it is just sloppy outside! 

I need to find the gloves, hats, boots, etc...

Here is another accordion fold album I am working on. The title says it all "Seasons Greetings"

The title was cut using my Cricut! Love that little machine...

This album measures 6" x 18" when opened and uses only 1 sheet of cardstock for the base. 

The pattern papers come from the newest Christmas Stack by DCWV.

I love these papers. AND I love plaid!! I am not really a flowery girl but I love my plaid & stripes.

Each page can hold a 4" x 6" photo. Or sometimes people cut a pic in half so 2 photos 

can fit into that space!

Hey, whatever works for you! The little tag in the corner is attached by a gold brad and can swing side to side. I made the tag using a Marvy punch.

I always use buttons in my scrapbooking and paper crafts. It looks naked without them! 

Well, to me at least.

These make great gifts because everyone has photos! They are easy to mail and can be finished in 10 minutes or less. All you need to do is cut your pics to size then adhere them to the album. That's it. The designing work is done. We found the papers and embellishments, cut it all and assembled it! These are our best sellers, by far!

Stocking Stuffers

Business stuff: To have enough inventory for the fairs we craft/create 9 months of the year! You can't make money if you don't have any stuff left to sell. We bring items ranging in price from $75 to $3. Most people don't plan on spending $250 on a 12 x 12 scrapbook BUT they will pay $75 for a smaller pre-made one. You should also carry smaller, lower ($3-$5) priced items, we call them Stocking Stuffers! We normally locate these near the check out stand and we point them out as customers shop or check out. Sometimes for a large order, we throw some in to say thank you for spending your money in our booth!

Onto the stocking stuffers...

These are little glassine bags filled with Stash green teas. Each bag has 2 tea bags, Chia and raspberry  pomagranete. Perfectly colored individual tea bags-evergreen green and holly berry red! The paper topper is a PTI die called mat stack 4. I simply folded it in half and glued it to the top of the glassine sack.

 The sentiment stamp is from a set I got @ Hobby Lobby. The tea cup stamp (and matching die) is also from PTI. The small buttons are from my button stash and it is threaded with white waxed thread. The wax makes it easier to thread through the small holes, and to 

handle with my sore hands...

I used pop dots to "POP" the tea cup off the topper. Then I tucked the sentiment flag behind.

I think these are soooo cute. Who wouldn't appreciate this little bit of love given to them?...

More PUNCH goodies

I have been going punch crazy here at the house! I have combined different brands and sizes to create colorful gift tags. How cute are these? ( And pretty easy to make as well.)

 The stamps are from PTI, and the inks I used are from the dollar bin @ Michaels. 

Here is my assembly line process.

I stamped the images on an 8 1/2 x 11 paper. I didn't measure, just eyeballed it! That's how I craft...I tried to fit 20 images on the page.

I went through my punches and found a Paper Shapers circle punch that was just right!  Turn the punch over, line up the image within the opening and punch away!! It really takes no time at all!

For the scalloped edge, I used a Paper Studio punch (Hobby Lobby brand). The size is 1 7/8. I matched the ink color to the cardstock to make it very easy. Glued the two papers together and punched a small hole with the crop-a-dile and its done! Now for the packaging...more on that later!!
